Utilizing skills from Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, she empowers you to make choices aligned with your goals and values. She strives to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship with you with respect for your autonomy and strength. *Currently accepting Aetna, Anthem, Lyra EAP, Medicaid, and United Healthcare and self-pay clients.
